You have been so helpful during the years I’ve owned the website, www.AnnMcCarty.com.

The recent upgrade with the 1,000′s of added pages with links to all neighborhoods and condo buildings, has really increased the leads I’m getting from visitors to my site.  I am working with clients right now who will hopefully be going into escrow soon on a property in Honolulu.

The website has paid for itself many times over–in the beginning when I was working a 40 hour job and doing real estate on weekends, a majority of my purchases were leads generated through the website IDX.  In the downturn, I didn’t get as many leads but now, with your help, that I’ve upgraded the site, it’s back to at least 1-2 solid leads a week!

Since I started working with you a few months ago, my web site has grown exponentially in size and rankings on Google. Well I have to tell you, it did not take very long.  The template you helped me choose for my website at www.singer-island-condos.com is working better than expected in what is a very aggressively marketed real estate niche that I compete in.  We achieved first page ranking several months ago, so all told, I guess it took less than 4 months from when we started to make page one of google search.  Now we are exploring other adjacent towns to do the same thing.
I spent more in one month of advertising in the local newspaper than it cost me to set up my website with IDX.
